This policy describes how Tempori collects and uses personal data when you visit tempori.co or contact us. We treat your data the way we would want our own treated: minimally, transparently, and only for the reason it was given.

Who is the data controller

Severi Tempakka, operating Tempori from Finland, is the controller of personal data processed through this site. For any privacy-related question, write to [email protected].

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to operate the site and respond to people who reach out. Specifically:

Why we process it

We process the data above on two legal bases under the GDPR:

We never sell your data. The only data shared with an advertising network (Meta) is event signals from the Meta Pixel, fired only after you accept the marketing category in the cookie banner.

Advertising and measurement

If you arrived via a paid ad we run on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), we use the Meta Pixel to measure whether the ad reached you and whether you ended up booking a call. Pixel events fire only after you accept marketing cookies in the banner. The pixel ID is 3038900626314257. We do not use the pixel to build profiles. We do not share form contents (name, email, phone, message) with Meta. Where booking confirmation events include hashed contact details for advanced matching, the hashing happens server-side before transmission and the cleartext is never sent.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your cookie preference and choosing "Essential cookies only" on the next visit, or by adjusting your browser tracking settings.

Where data is stored and how long we keep it

Form submissions and email correspondence are stored within our email and CRM systems hosted in the EU. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days. Submission and call notes are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially active, plus a reasonable archival period for accounting and reference. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with vendors that help us operate the business: our email provider, our scheduling tool, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by their own data-processing agreement and operates under GDPR-compatible terms. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA except to the extent that named providers do so under standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page.
